they are using social networking apps. Bottom line? Messaging apps are service platforms of the future. How could your staffing or recruiting firm use a chatbot to enhance customer communication? Here are a few potential applications: - Rather than just having a static FAQ page on your website, a chatbot could provide answers to questions posed by clients, prospects, field employees and potential candidates. - Rather than relying on a standard Contact Us form, an AI chatbot could gather information about a customer’s issue or concern and: - perform rudimentary triage, based on its experience with the customer (these things learn and remember!); - provide immediate feedback which may resolve the problem immediately; - or escalate the issue, routing the customer to a real person for help. - Helping your recruiters with answering questions and performing C and D level tasks like: - following up on assignments to verify that the employee and client are both happy; - answering questions about an assignment (e.g, directions, scheduling, supervisors’ names, etc.); - or taking orders, especially repeat orders for current customers. - Helping your accounting team with billing and payroll, for example: - handling address changes and other account updates; - getting approval on timesheets, or even facilitating time sheet entry; - or reminding clients about over due payments and handling questions about billing issues. Branding for Staffing Firms: How to Stand Out in a Crowded Market in 2025 – with Becca Searns

softer, but still keeping your brand in front of them so that then they think of you when they are looking for their next job or looking for a staffing provider. Where does AI fit in all of this? Yeah, that's a really good question that we are exploring and working to figure out. I think already, I mean, a chat bot on your site that can analyze all of the content on your site and be almost that first salesperson and answer questions. A lot of people, I think, don't really necessarily want to pick up the phone and call someone or talk to someone. So being able to talk to the chat bot and get their questions answered, but it can adapt to everything on the website to answer the questions, I think is a huge way to integrate AI. We are looking at ways to allow more personalization with AI as well. So if we can know who the user is or who the person is coming to the site, being able to tailor the experience to them so that they feel like it's much more personal to them, their pain points, their, whenever they are looking for coming to the site looking for or whatever problem they're trying to solve. As a brand as a whole, I find AI to be really helpful in helping you to actually define that brand and build out the systems to then use that brand in other places. Can we, and I'm not asking you to go down a roadmap of where we're looking at product development, but this is sort of news to me. Can you tailor a website based on my previous decisions? So put it in my world, right? So I look at Becca's staffing firm's website. You know, I've looked at marketing jobs in the past. So next time I come to the site, you can serve me more marketing jobs first. Is that doable with AI? It is. We are still figuring out how to do all of it.

a new Haley website. The specific setup and integration requirements depend on the tool and your existing website, ATS and technology. We'll review your current setup before recommending an approach. Which tool should I start with? Start with the problem creating the most friction. If candidates struggle to find and apply to jobs, look at Career Portal. If great candidates aren't being marketed consistently, consider Talent Showcase. If website visitors need faster answers, consider AI Chatbot. If sales needs more visibility into website activity, look at Lead Tracking. If you want your team to use AI to plan, create, improve and scale marketing in-house, consider RogIQ. How long does it take to add a tool to our website? Implementation depends on the product, your existing website and the systems that need to connect. We'll review your setup and define the implementation requirements for the specific technology you're considering. What ATS platforms do you integrate with? Career Portal Software integrates with 40+ staffing ATS platforms, including all the major players you'd expect. Integration requirements vary by product, so we'll confirm compatibility with your specific systems before implementation. What can the AI Chatbot do? The AI Chatbot learns from your website and additional business content you provide. It can answer candidate and employer questions, understand conversational intent and follow-up questions, support multiple languages, guide visitors toward relevant information and jobs, and hand conversations to a live agent when your team is available. When integrated with Haley's Career Portal, it can also help candidates discover relevant opportunities. How does Lead Tracking work?
